That is shown by the acid test I ran. It also has something that looks gold and I believe is a gold wash over the silver plate inside the bowl of the strainer, and inside the cup, as seen in the photos. This piece weighs approximately 86.69 grams and measures approximately 3 across the round part of the strainer. It stands approximately 1 1/8 tall. This interesting tea strainer set is in good vintage condition, as seen in the photos. There is a slight bend in the handle, but I believe that was how it was manufactured. There is also areas on the bottom of the cup where the plating has worn. Please review all listing photographs carefully as they are an important and integral part of the listed item's description.
