Webster Wilcox "English Flutes" Silver Plate Tea Coffee Cream Sugar Tray 8004. Webster & Son and several other divisions of International Silver were consolidated.
Webster-Wilcox was acquired by Oneida in 1981. Marked Webster Wilcox International Silver 8004 on the bottom of the creamer; 8003 on the bottom of the sugar bowl; I can't see what number is on the tea pot or coffee pot. I can't see any marks or maker on the tray at all and the tray is engraved with a wonderful leaf and flower pattern. Pattern #'s 162F, 3571, 3572, 8000, 8001, 8001-4, 8001/4, 8002, 8003, 8004, 8081, 8082 are called "English Flutes". This set was definitely made earlier than 1981, I would guess sometime in the sixties as the previous owner was very old.
The set is in excellent condition with no dents or dings. The tea pot has minor tea stains on the inside; The coffee pot looks like it has never been used inside.
There are surface scratches all over the tray that most likely will be buffed out when polished. I have not polished this set and it has a great patina! ANY ITEM NOT PAID FOR WITHIN THREE DAYS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE RELISTED.
