Read beyond my description of this teapot for some interesting history. This "rare" teapot with its tall slender shape measures 5 tall and. This teapot is elegant with the right amount of shine along with commercial. Design feature: Look carefully at the handle and notice the top does not sit. The lid does not sit perfectly on top which you can see in the photos.

There is a small gap. The pour spout has holes designed to catch the teabag from landing. This teapot is not perfect, but it has a lot of character and history. Please look at the photos for all imperfections; indentations, scratches.

Etc on this timeless piece. Some of the marks are inherent of commercial grade silver plate. Some historic trivia worth the read.
