Vintage Christopher Dresser Style Silver Plated spherical shape teapot

  

A lovely silver plated replica Tea Pot in the style of Christopher Dresser. The Tea Pot has a unique round shape with hollow centre and a silver plated beam structure supporting the wooden handle - an innovative design which Christopher Dresser was world renowned for.

The Tea Pot has a beautiful ebonised wood handle which contrasts beautifully against the silver. Stamped "Designed by Dr C Dresser" to the underside. Height 14 cm x Length (from spout to handle) 19 cm x Width 5.5 cm. Very good condition with no dents or cracks. Very minor surface scratches commensurate with polishing as can be seen from the photographs.
