Royle Manchester EPBM 110,6 J 14 Condition: Overall in good vintage condition. Some minor dents here and there. Not too bad in my opinion. Also somehow water leaks from the base of the teapot. So The winner may want to have it silver plated again, with another coat of Silver, or just add it to their collection of silver samovar. There are some scratches around the base of the teapot. Unique silverplate teapot has a quite a weight to it. Wonderful piece for a Samovar, teapot, urn, Coffee pot or Sheffield collector.
UNLESS I FIND OUT BY CHANGE. YOU MAYBE PRETTY CLOSE TO MY MININUM OFFER Royle was an engineer and wanted a teapot made for the large families that could dispense tea without lifting the teapot. Therefore by pushing the lid up and down , covering the opening on the the teapot, the downward pressure forces the tea through the bottom of the spout, upward / outward in your tea cup. How cool and unique is that. Listing and template services provided by inkFrog.
