Impressive Victorian silver plated four piece coffee and tea service. Of large oval, panelled bodies, each piece is ornately engraved with foliate wreaths and oak leaves in typical Art Nouveau fashion of the period. The two pots have domed reeded lids with ebony wood finials and applied leaf decorations to their handles.

Each item has two vacant cartouches, so this set can be engraved and personalised as a present. Teapot - 14.5 cm tall, 24.5 cm spout to handle, 11.5 cm wide. Coffeepot - 19.5 cm tall, 21.5 cm spout to handle, 11 cm across the base.

Sugar bowl - 9.5 cm tall, 19.5 cm handle to handle, 11 cm wide. Milk jug / creamer - 9 cm tall, 14.5 cm spout to handle, 7.5 cm wide. Shallow depression to one side of the teapot and split to wood finial; the coffeepot has an area with worn plating on one side and some wear to plating on the inside of its spout.
