(according to The Online Encyclopedia of Silver and Plate Marks)The mark appears to be the Duty Mark of London, used during the early to mid 1800's. The Samovar displays a exceptional tropical design around the body and neck and rests on 4 round platform feet. The inside is clean and usable and there are no monograms, dents or visible repairs.

The interior is clean and usable. The listing is for a Victorian silver plate samovar, tea urn or hot water pot. It is marked as shown in the pictures and according to the "On line Encyclopedia of Silver Plate" the one mark of the face appears to be a duty mark associated with the early to mid 1800's. The cover fits properly and is original. There is a burner which fits but it may or may not be original.
