The set has been diligently taken care of and all of the interiors are very clean, ready for use. The attention to detail is exceptional. All of the knobs have a cut-out pattern with a wooden center piece highlighted by a silverplated top knob. The attachment parts of the handles are all geometrically decorated and are solidly attached.
It is an exceptional coffee/tea service especially with its matching samovar - and a complete set very rarely becomes available since they are traditionally passed down for generations. Very solid, it weighs a total of 15 lbs.Vintage and antique objects have lived and been used and because of that, they sometimes show it. The condition of the object is described as accurately as possible, including its character flaws. But that is really part of the attraction and enjoyment of an old piece.
