Offering a rare three piece silver plate tea set by Meriden Britannia Co. This lovely and fancy tea set features a coffee or tea pot, creamer and covered sugar. Designed in bulbous form, the decoration is a true celebration of grapes and grape leaves. A large well detailed finial featuring a cluster of cast grapes and leaves completes the design. Tea Pot 10 1/2" Tall, 10" Wide; Sugar 8 1/2" Tall, 6 1/2" Wide; Creamer 7" Tall, 5 1/4" Wide. The condition is near mint.

No damage or wear and the patina is wonderful. Only some tarnish inside the bottom of the creamer which should clean up nicely. The lids fit properly and the pieces stand firmly on table. The traces of remaining guilding adds a pleasing added element to this great set.
