ORNATE, EMBOSSED SILVER PLATE COFFEE OR TEA URN. Monogram Initial "K" on One Side. Circa 1900's - 1910's.

Maker Unknown but has Maker's Marks on Base. Condition: Very Good, could use a bit of polishing to make it shine.

5.75 inches widest width, without handle. 7.5 inches widest width with handle. Description: Four tiers of fun, yet attractive motifs decorate the body of this coffee and tea dispenser in an embossed style- faces Egyptian, Greek? Along top tier, Impalas (or similar such horned animal) along second from top tier, grapes along the third tier, and nude females along the bottom row. One side has the mongram initial "K" (the initial of the family name of the original owner). Engraved Marks on Base: "Ep" followed by gothic? Stle lettering that looks like "D", "A" (or "O"), ampersand and, lastly, an engraving of a trumpet. The numbers "2261" are engraved on the bottom line.
