Gorham Silverplate Coffee/Tea Set with Tray and 3 Serving Pieces. Quite a nice estate find, will all pieces bearing the Zeppelin 1929 date mark.

We have given them a quick polish, but you'll be able to bring these to a brilliant shine if desired. You will receive the following. Gorham 15 inch tray, piece code Y311. Some shallow scratches are visible, but most should polish out.

There is one tiny scratch, about 1/4 inch long, that penetrates the silverplate and shows black. Gorham Coffee or Tea Pot, piece code Y301. Areas of tarnish remain, but there are no dents or damage. Gorham Sugar Bowl, piece code Y303. Capacity not stated, but this is a large piece that will hold a generous amount. Areas of tarnish remain, but there are no dents or significant damage. The lid has a few very slight bumps at its edges, but you have to look closely to see them.

Gorham Open Creamer, piece code Y304. Some slight flea bites along the handle edges, but they don't feel very rough or show much depth at all.

The combined weight of the set is 5 pounds 10 ounces. Wall thickness on the pieces is quite substantial, and you might be surprised at the quality of construction.
