The pattern is called Lady Margaret. These have been cleaned well on the outside, but could use a deep cleaning of all the nooks and crevices of the pattern for full beauty. The lid on the teapot is not connected to the hinge anymore (4th photo), but it doesn't affect the look of the set at all.
