Each piece is marked with embossed stamp, "EPNS A1" and also Made in "Sheffield England". I'm not sure if the handles and finial are ebony or early cellulose, as they seem quite like wood to me.

Further, the pieces are in overall good condition, though have age commensurate wear, as shown in the photo's. I have not cleaned thee, so they'll benefit from a little elbow grease and noter that the interior of the pots are in need of a thorough cleaning, as they seem worn or perhaps oxidized.

12 ounce Open Sugar Bowl is about 2.75" and 3.5" tall to the top of the handle 7.5 handle to handle. 7 ounce Creamer is about 5.75" from spout to handle and about 3.75" from base to tip of handle. 38 ounce Self-lidded coffeepot is approximately 4-1/8" wide x about 8" from handle to spout and 8.75 tall. 32 ounce Self-lidded Teapot is approximately about 4.75" wide 6" tall and about 9.75 from handle to spout.
