Early 19c OLD SHEFFIELD PLATE LARGE Hot Water Tea Urn Samovar Georgian Regency. MAKER: Unknown/Unmarked - typical of Sheffield Platers. Appears to be Sheffield circa 1815. MATERIAL: Silverplate with wood handles.
PIECE NAME: Large Tea Urn with lid, leveling feet, working spigot. DIMENSIONS: 17 3/8" tall; 14" handle to handle; 13 1/2 from spigot to back of urn. Base is 8 3/8 square. VOLUME: I haven't measure but it's around 1.5 gallons I think.
If this is important to you just send me a message and I'll check. CONDITION: Lid has a few bends to the edges, on small ding to the body, spigot is missing a nut on one side. A tiny amount of plate loss with copper showing through on the raised design on the base.
