C1895 Minton's Tea Strainer with Wm Hutton Silver Plated Handle. A really attractive and fine quality Mintons china tea strainer which is mounted upon a silver plated handle by William Hutton & Sons and dates from about 1895.
The strainer is decorated with hand painted flowers and japanese style borders. The underside has the MINTONS logo, within a laureled globe and an Edward crown. The silver plated handle extends around the china bowl. There are stamp marks WH & S and EP. Condition is very good apart from a fine crack probably caused by the silver plated ring.
It does appear stable and is not very noticeable. Size: 15.5 x 8 x 3cm Weight: 52g. Have a look at our other items. If you have any questions we are more than happy to help. _gsrx_vers_811 GS 7.0.9 (811).
