Antique Silver Plate Samovar Urn. This is an antique silver plate samovar urn, used historically for serving hot water, tea, or coffee and often found in elegant homes or for ceremonial use in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Silver plate samovars like this one were popular in England, Russia, and America. The distinctive classical paw feet and melon shape ribbed detailing on this piece suggest a late Georgian, Regency, or Victorian design, commonly produced from the mid-1800s through early 1900s.

The Samovar has an alcohol burner underneath with plenty of wick. It measures 18 3/8" high x 12" length x 11 3/4 width handle to handle. Weight is 12.3 lbs. Condition: This pieces in very good condition. Note - it is monogrammed "HL" in the front.
