Antique English silver-plated spirit kettle by Cheltenham & Company Ltd of Sheffield, England. This is a traditional spirit (or "bachelor's") kettle designed to sit over an alcohol burner for table-side heating.

The set includes the kettle, the separate burner stand, and the original spirit burner - a desirable and increasingly hard-to-find complete configuration. Marked on the underside with Cheltenham & Co Ltd / Sheffield / England / EPNS along with a pattern number.

Silverplate shows age-appropriate patina and wear, particularly to the underside, consistent with use and age. Structurally solid and displays beautifully. A wonderful piece for antique tea service display, English silverplate collectors, or period décor.
