This set is monogrammed with the letter "E" in a very victorian style. I do not know what the double handled lidded pot is for, and there is a lid that does not have a bottom. I imagine that the lid must have originally set atop a glass jar of some sort that became broken over the course of its life.
(I easily found a simple glass jar it would fit, but did not include it as the new owner might want something more ornate). It is quite heavy as it has been plated 4 times, something The Acme SilverPlate Co.
Of Boston is known for. There are some patination issues that have been pictured.
