19c SHEFFIELD TEA POT PRESENTED TO DAVID RUTLEDGE OF BARBERSFORT HOUSE IRELAND. This historically significant silver plate teapot is engraved "Presented to David Rutledge by the Barbersfort Servants June 1891". The Barbersfort house was located in Ireland, some interesting reading is available online. The teapot was made by the well known company Lee & Wigfull of Sheffield.It measures 11 1/2" tall to the top of the handle and 7 3/4" across including the spout. It is in very good condition with one small dent on the lower body of the pot. A super addition to any collection. We are a husband and wife team with over twenty years experience.
