FOOTED SAMOVAR / COFFEE or TEA POT / HOT WATER URN. The underside of the stand is marked by Poole Silver, silver on copper. This is a beautiful piece, coffee or tea samovar with heating device. It features a wide opening covered by dome lid with ornate, solid finial. Wide body with 2 solid, ornate handles which have each 2 ebony insulating pieces.

The lower part features a highly ornate spout with handle. Spout pours and stops perfectly. The 4-legged stand holds the burner device.

The 4 chased legs feature patterns of florals, scrolls and foliage ending in ornate feet. The warming or fuel device features a wick and lever which controls the settings of the burner. There is NO fuel nor burning alcohol in the reservoir.

It is empty and clean. The lever which operates the wick, works perfectly and scrolls up and down.

This beautiful samovar is in excellent condition, gently used with minimal wear. Interior is clean with wear from previous use. Beautiful condition for its age. Taken well care off and kept polished. It is hand-polished and shiny. This beautiful piece has a capacity of 15 cups or 120 fl.

Measures 19" tall x 11" across, handles included. It will be wrapped and boxed securely to ensure safe arrival. Please note that the porcelain 3-piece is for props only, not including in this sale.
